1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using any Van Moose BV website or service ("Services"), including but not limited to Repetix, ThumbGrab, NameForge, CheckCheck, TenScore, and vanmoose.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Our Services

Van Moose BV provides various SaaS products designed to simplify digital work and life:

• Repetix: Subscription tracking service
• ThumbGrab: YouTube thumbnail download service
• NameForge: AI-powered business name generator
• CheckCheck: Domain availability API
• TenScore: SaaS health analytics platform

Each product may have additional specific terms that apply to its use.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

For paid Services:

• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for assistance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Use automated scripts to collect information from or interact with the Services without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or connected networks
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Van Moose BV. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Netherlands and foreign countries.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve our Services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Services available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Van Moose BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Van Moose BV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
